Marine Corps Training Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting organizational learning initiatives, the remote Marine Corps Training Coordinator will develop and maintain training curricula, conduct various training events, and ensure accurate post-event reporting and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to all training curriculum and material development activities as required
• Conduct training events, including New Employee Training, Delta sessions, and on-site programs
• Provide all required post-event reporting and documentation

Required qualifications

• Experience with the maintenance and configuration of the MACCS family of systems and units
• Five years of work experience with MACCS
• Three years of instructor and/or analyst experience supporting Marine Corps systems/equipment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or additional four years of USMC training experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Active Secret Clearance
