Market Access Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Market Access team, the fully remote Market Access & Reimbursement Analyst will manage reimbursement and coverage strategies for the medical device portfolio, conduct research and analysis, and assist in the development of value evidence and payer engagement materials.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and summarize developments in reimbursement, coding, and health technology assessments
• Update and maintain databases of codes, payments, and payer policies
• Assist in the preparation of value dossiers, budget impact summaries, and internal updates for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, life sciences, pharmacy, or health policy
• Practical reimbursement or market access experience from a medical device company or healthcare organization
• Understanding of reimbursement, coding, and health technology assessment in the US healthcare market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in creating visually appealing presentations of data and evidence
