Market Access Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Market Access team in a fully remote capacity, the Market Access & Reimbursement Analyst will manage reimbursement strategies, conduct research and analysis, and coordinate health technology assessments for the company's medical device portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor reimbursement, coding, and health technology assessment developments and summarize their impact
• Update tracking databases of codes, payments, and payer policies to ensure accuracy and currency
• Assist in building and quality checking value dossiers and payer-facing documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, life sciences, pharmacy, health policy, or equivalent experience
• Practical reimbursement or market access experience from a medical device company or healthcare organization
• Understanding of reimbursement, coding, and health technology assessment in the US healthcare market
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in data handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
