Market Access Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Market Access Attorney, this full-time position will provide strategic legal counsel to pharmaceutical clients on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing matters while navigating complex regulatory requirements and mitigating legal risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of market access-related agreements
• Provide legal guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing obligations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or in-house legal department in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical commercial activities
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating market access-related agreements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent with an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience advising on patient support programs and interactions with healthcare professionals
