Market Access Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Market Access Case Manager (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the prior authorization process and negotiate Single Case Agreements for device coverage
• Communicate with payer representatives and provide updates to patients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient experience and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA, BA, or BS desirable
• Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience in prior authorization submissions and appeals
• Competency in SalesForce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of market access and payer landscapes
