Job Summary

Bringing together science, strategy, and storytelling, the full-time remote Market Access Copy Supervisor will craft clear and compelling communications for payer and market-access audiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into persuasive content.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently create clear and concise content tailored for market access audiences across various channels and formats
• Translate complex clinical data and economic considerations into audience-relevant communications, including payer messaging platforms and access toolkits
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategic alignment and accuracy of copy for medical, legal, and regulatory review

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of copywriting experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Demonstrated experience in developing market access or payer-focused communications
• Strong understanding of the market access landscape, including payer decision-making and reimbursement pathways
• Proven ability to communicate complex healthcare information clearly and persuasively
• A portfolio showcasing strong writing skills and strategic thinking in healthcare communications
