Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Market Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute payer strategy across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Lead complex payer negotiations to secure favorable rates and terms
• Own coding and payment strategy, including development of code applications and reimbursement materials

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in market access/reimbursement, preferably in in vitro diagnostics or oncology
• Experience in launch-stage environments with successful coverage decisions
• Deep relationships with payers are advantageous
