Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Access Manager (MAM) Lead - Sweden (Team Lead Role).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute contracting strategies and value propositions for payers, pharmacies, and wholesalers
Collaborate cross-functionally to create value strategies for pipeline planning and new product launches
Oversee and coach the team of Market Access Managers while developing innovative negotiation strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in medicine, pharmacy, economics, or similar
10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare
Strong understanding of Market Access and Health Economics within the Swedish payer system
Experience in Market Access is mandatory; knowledge of prioritized therapeutic areas is advantageous
Experience in Health Economics, Sales, and/or Policymaking is beneficial
