Job Summary
Driving strategic marketing initiatives, the full-time remote Market Access Marketing Director will manage the execution of promotional strategies, develop educational resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance patient access and support commercial growth across global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of market access-focused promotional strategies across various channels with consistent messaging
- Develop and deploy compliant marketing materials that communicate clinical and economic value to support product adoption
- Monitor program performance and deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in marketing execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations; 15+ years preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience within a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated success in market access or reimbursement-focused marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of reimbursement dynamics and site-of-care economics
