Market Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Accounting Manager who will be responsible for general accounting functions, financial analysis, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly journal entries, general ledger variance analysis, and reconciliations
• Calculate commissions for Account Executives
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and submitting AP and payroll entries for processing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Self-starter and able to work with limited direction and taking full ownership of areas of responsibility
• Willingness to work flexible hours during monthly and year-end closings
• Experience working with and communicating to all levels of the organization
