Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Associate to manage host relationships and drive their success in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing and listing quality
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support
• 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
• Fluency in English & Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
