Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Associate to support host entrepreneurs and enhance their success in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with host entrepreneurs to ensure their retention, growth, and optimization on the platform
• Conduct one-on-one onboarding and optimization conversations, providing strategic recommendations
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for increasing bookings and host success

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support
• 2+ years of hospitality or travel industry experience (preferred)
• Proven experience managing a book of business and driving engagement
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience being a plus
