Job Summary

Supporting Market Managers, the full-time onsite Market Associate will oversee projects and manage a portfolio of hotel partners, focusing on driving partner success and optimizing supply through effective communication and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive assigned projects forward by taking necessary actions with hotel partners
• Maintain organized tracking mechanisms for projects and manage relationships within the assigned portfolio
• Educate partners on platform functions and implement strategies for workflow optimization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management and/or partner support
• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills related to project work with multiple inputs
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients via phone, email, and Zoom
• Self-starter attitude with a proven ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
