Market Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of host entrepreneurs in designated territories, the full-time Market Associate will manage relationships, optimize listings, and enhance pricing strategies while working remotely from specific states in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of host accounts to ensure their retention, growth, and success on the platform
• Conduct one-on-one optimization conversations and provide strategic recommendations on pricing and listing quality
• Educate hosts on product updates and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for increased bookings

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partner support
• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry (preferred)
• Proven track record in managing a book of business and driving engagement through proactive account management
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
