Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Care Navigator to provide front-office support for clinical teams delivering patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and other communication, routing messages to appropriate care team members
  • Support medical records management and assist with patient registration and insurance verification
  • Participate in patient access and care coordination efforts to enhance quality patient care
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • 1+ year of call center experience or equivalent
  • Certified/registered Medical Assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
