Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Market Consolidation Consultant will manage the lifecycle of engagement for book consolidation programs, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders and enhancing agency performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently execute and analyze monthly delivery of Small Commercial consolidations, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Produce structured documentation and develop presentations to communicate insights and progress to internal stakeholders and agency leadership
• Monitor overall performance of assigned consolidations and escalate issues to senior roles as necessary

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing book consolidation programs or similar operational roles
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring
• Ability to deliver strategic presentations and facilitate discussions with agency leadership
• Familiarity with compliance requirements related to application and declaration submissions
