Market Data Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Market Data Services function, the full-time remote Data Vendor Management Analyst will manage vendor relationships, oversee contract administration, and ensure compliance across the market data lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with data vendors and resolve day-to-day data-related issues
• Ensure adherence to data licensing agreements and prepare compliance reports for exchanges and vendors
• Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and support negotiations for new market data contracts and renewals

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in market data management, compliance, or vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working with data vendors such as Platts, Argus, Bloomberg, or Reuters
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying and analyzing data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
