Market Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Development Associate to support district-level revenue growth through targeted outreach and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on state-specific K-12 policies and maintain sales strategies in HubSpot
• Generate a pipeline by researching decision-makers and executing outbound campaigns
• Support conference execution and provide relevant prospect intelligence to Account Executives

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales development or outbound prospecting (SaaS or EdTech preferred)
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound activity and meet performance goals
• Familiarity with the K-12 education market is a plus
