Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Market Development Associate will manage pre-sale initiatives, including calling campaigns and driving attendance to webinars, while also supporting strategic initiatives to boost Inside Sales revenue and assisting with post-sale account management.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct calling campaigns and data collection to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to launch new products and analyze post-webinar data
- Utilize Salesforce to update records and create actionable insights for the sales team
Required qualifications:
- BA / BS Degree or equivalent
- Experience in higher-education sales
- Proficiency with business application software, including Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Ability to solve problems with a solutions-based approach and adaptability
- Strong organizational and planning skills
