Market Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Development Director, North America Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish "Trusted Advisor" status with C-level executives to shape digital strategy and market perception
• Build and qualify a robust pipeline of long-horizon mega-projects and new market opportunities
• Lead joint strategic initiatives with key clients to secure referenceable "lighthouse" wins and ensure project success

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales within infrastructure, engineering, or technology sectors
• Deep domain expertise in at least two of the following: Rail & Transit, Ports, Utilities, or Airports
• Proven ability to establish new sector-specific offerings and build strategic partner ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience with CRM software for pipeline tracking and reporting
