Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automation, electrification, industrial electronics, power systems, or related fields
• Experience working directly with OEM customers on system requirements and technical integration
• Strong understanding of system-level design, manufacturability, and scalability
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and ownership mindset
