Market Development Manager

Job Summary

To support brand strategy for Copiktra, the full-time Market Development Manager will capture insights from Key Opinion Leaders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify regional marketing opportunities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insight gathering to inform corporate and brand strategies
• Support speaker programs by identifying appropriate speakers and managing compliance training
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Market Access teams to synthesize KOL insights and identify marketing opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in oncology
• 2 years of account management experience and/or people leadership skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
