Market Development Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Market Development Manager, the full-time remote position will lead growth across various channels, develop marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance rental growth and market share.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of in-resort marketing strategies and City Store growth initiatives to maximize guest acquisition
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition
• Monitor market trends and analyze key performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving profitable results
• Ability to leverage data for insights and storytelling
• Experience in building effective internal and external business partnerships
