Market Development Project Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for Market Development Specialists, the full-time Market Development Project Specialist will manage sales projects, provide product information, and resolve customer inquiries, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for architectural and system-based lighting products, supporting residential projects
• Produce accurate lighting layouts and documentation using company-approved software
• Manage product returns, support cases, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or project management
• 2 or 4-year college degree preferred
• Proficiency in CRM and Order Management systems
• Experience in interior design, luxury home furnishings, or the lighting industry is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
