Job Summary
To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Market Development Representative will manage inbound lead processing, execute outbound prospecting campaigns, and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
Key responsibilities
- Review and qualify inbound leads while executing targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
- Engage prospective customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn, and consistently follow up with inquiries and marketing-generated leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead activity, outreach performance, and meeting-booking metrics
Required qualifications
- Approximately 1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Experience using prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging prospective customers
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
