Job Summary

To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Market Development Representative will manage inbound lead processing, execute outbound prospecting campaigns, and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and qualify inbound leads while executing targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
  • Engage prospective customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn, and consistently follow up with inquiries and marketing-generated leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead activity, outreach performance, and meeting-booking metrics
Required qualifications
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging prospective customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
