Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Development Representative (DACH) to drive lead generation and qualification in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through market research and outbound prospecting
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives while achieving monthly pipeline quotas
  • Represent the company at marketing events and support campaign execution to enhance lead quality
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MDR/SDR, B2B sales, or marketing (SaaS or F&B manufacturing preferred)
  • Native or bilingual German speaker with strong professional English skills
  • Proven success in prospecting and generating new business through outbound outreach
  • Experience with CRM and sales/marketing tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote environment with occasional travel
