Job Summary
To drive customer acquisition efforts, the full-time Market Development Representative will identify, engage, and qualify prospective client organizations through strategic prospecting and lead generation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Employ a multi-channel approach to identify and engage target accounts and key stakeholders
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover prospects' business challenges and desired outcomes
- Achieve and exceed quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities created for the Account Executive team
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in lead generation, sales/business development, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proficient with email, video calls, and scheduling software; willingness to learn CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Strong desire to achieve targets and a track record of driving outcomes
- Ability to understand complex business challenges and align them with solutions
- Highly organized with effective pipeline management skills
