Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (German/English) for the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and outbound prospecting
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives while achieving monthly pipeline and activity targets
  • Represent the company at events and support campaign execution to enhance lead quality and conversion
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MDR/SDR, B2B sales, or marketing (preferably in SaaS or food/beverage industry)
  • Native or bilingual German speaker with strong professional English skills
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and new customer acquisition
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, remote environment with occasional travel
