Job Summary

To grow the sports facilities business and oversee daily operations, the full-time Market Director of Sports Facilities will define and execute a strategic roadmap, manage P&L, and develop relationships with facility owners while based in Lincoln or Omaha, NE.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive strategy and execution by developing a roadmap for various facility types and ranking targets based on potential value
  • Boost revenue and profitability through smart pricing strategies and managing financial goals across multiple revenue streams
  • Expand the market by negotiating exclusive agreements and building relationships with key stakeholders in the sports facilities sector
Required qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience within the sports industry with a proven track record
  • Deep knowledge of the facilities market and its connection to business value
  • Experience in cross-functional problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Hands-on experience in negotiating content rights and facility contracts
  • Ability to communicate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
