Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Engagement Associate to facilitate the conversion of inbound leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify prospects to align them with the appropriate product and sales resource
- Book high-quality demos for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs and feedback on lead quality
- Support marketing campaigns and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing or revenue-adjacent role (e.g., SDR/BDR, inbound sales)
- Experience working in a CRM and at least one sales engagement or marketing automation tool
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize a high volume of inbound leads
- Data-aware mindset with a focus on performance metrics
- Curiosity and empathy in engaging with prospects to determine fit
