Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement activities to enhance workflow between Population Health Clinical Operations and Utilization Management leadership
• Act as a liaison between Utilization Management leaders and local markets, facilitating communication and issue resolution
• Gather and document local market business requirements to support operational initiatives and policy development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in utilization management and health insurance
• 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience
