Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report on market data to connect financial outcomes with operational effectiveness
- Lead and manage a team of analysts to support market financial reporting, budget development, and trend analytics
- Provide financial and operational performance optimization for the region through data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and business insights
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in data analytics
- 3+ years experience using SAS and/or SQL
- Experience in the Medicare Advantage bid process
- Comprehensive knowledge in Excel
