Job Summary

Leading cross-functional activities for new market entry, the full-time Remote Market Implementation Manager will coordinate implementation plans and ensure operational readiness for Medicare Advantage health plan expansions across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new market entry and service area expansion initiatives
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness
• Monitor project progress, address barriers, and manage launch checklists and post-launch stabilization efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience with Medicare Advantage market launches or service area expansions is highly preferred
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
