Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Market Intelligence Analyst will conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize insights for executive decision-making, and manage organizational data to enhance marketing effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research on enterprise and government verticals to build buyer profiles and customer journey maps
- Develop industry-specific marketing collateral by translating customer requirements into value-driven messaging
- Serve as the authoritative source for organizational metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency across marketing functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in marketing, insights/research, or strategy
- Expertise in modern survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Proficiency in advanced analytical frameworks such as SQL, SPSS, or R is a significant advantage
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
