Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Intelligence Lead in Commercial Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Northspyre Index by designing and maintaining benchmarks on development activity and cost trends
• Produce original market research by authoring in-depth reports on development costs, capital deployment, and project risk
• Analyze complex development data to identify trends and anomalies in the real estate development market

Required Qualifications

• Experience analyzing markets or industries, particularly in real estate research or economic analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
• Hands-on experience cleaning and validating complex datasets
• Technical skills in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Understanding of real estate development and construction economics
