Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Intelligence Lead to drive market intelligence and research initiatives that influence product strategy and positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market intelligence initiatives including surveys, product naming tests, and segmentation analysis
- Design and conduct research studies, synthesizing findings into actionable insights and customer-facing content
- Coordinate cross-functional research initiatives with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Analyst Relations teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in a SaaS environment with a strong understanding of enterprise software markets
- In-depth knowledge of research methodologies including quantitative, qualitative, and synthetic approaches
- Experience in product marketing, product management, or competitive intelligence roles for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of unified communications, contact center, or adjacent technology markets
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining analytical rigor
