Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Intelligence Lead to drive market intelligence and research initiatives that influence product strategy and positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead market intelligence initiatives including surveys, product naming tests, and segmentation analysis
  • Design and conduct research studies, synthesizing findings into actionable insights and customer-facing content
  • Coordinate cross-functional research initiatives with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Analyst Relations teams
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in a SaaS environment with a strong understanding of enterprise software markets
  • In-depth knowledge of research methodologies including quantitative, qualitative, and synthetic approaches
  • Experience in product marketing, product management, or competitive intelligence roles for at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of unified communications, contact center, or adjacent technology markets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining analytical rigor
