Job Summary
Owning the operational backbone of product marketing, the full-time remote Market Intelligence Specialist will manage product messaging, coordinate go-to-market execution, and maintain competitive intelligence to support sales and marketing efforts effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and version customer-facing product messaging and content, ensuring accessibility for Sales and SE teams
- Coordinate end-to-end product launch execution, including asset production and readiness support for Sales
- Establish and manage a competitive intelligence program, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for Sales and marketing leadership
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or market research, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to build programs, including win/loss and competitive intelligence functions
- Strong written communication skills for distilling complex information into clear content
- Experience with competitive and review platforms like G2 or Gartner Peer Insights is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
