Job Summary

Driving market growth as a full-time Market Lead, the successful candidate will coordinate sales, government relations, and customer pilots remotely while influencing cross-functional teams to ensure strategic execution and revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute the go-to-market plan for the assigned territory, owning revenue targets
  • Personally prospect and close new government and enterprise accounts while coordinating pilot programs
  • Engage with legislators and lobbyists to convert policy discussions into procurement opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in high-growth, operationally intense environments, such as startups or territory-based sales organizations
  • Proven track record of opening or scaling new markets or territories
  • Strong outbound presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in government or public-sector environments is a plus
  • High intellectual and strategic capability, with a background in management consulting or entrepreneurship preferred
