Job Summary
Driving profitable growth, the full-time Market Leader will lead high-performing teams, manage revenue performance, and ensure operational excellence in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver market-level revenue, growth, and profitability targets while driving new business development and client retention
- Recruit, develop, and retain producers, providing coaching and mentorship to foster a high-performance sales culture
- Align market strategy with broader Platform goals and collaborate with leadership to share best practices and drive consistency
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the insurance brokerage industry
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, revenue growth, and team development
- Strong knowledge of property & casualty (commercial and personal lines); employee benefits experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage financial performance (P&L) and execute growth strategies
