Market Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of host entrepreneurs in assigned territories, the full-time Market Manager will manage professional host accounts, optimize listings, and drive supply acquisition while building strong relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage partner relationships to meet and exceed sales goals
- Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities for increasing sales in the region
- Prospect and onboard new high-quality supply while providing exceptional service to professional hosts
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in the tech or travel industry preferred
- Proficient in CRM software, with Salesforce experience being advantageous
- Based in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or Illinois, with willingness to travel quarterly within the assigned territory
