Job Summary
As a full-time Market Manager, Cement, the candidate will manage territory marketing and sales efforts, develop business strategies to enhance market share, and provide technical service to customers, all while working remotely from a home office within the Houston Texas sales territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and sustain a business strategy to gain or protect market share
- Lead marketing and sales efforts within the assigned territory
- Provide technical assistance and monitor product performance in the market
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent field
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction materials industry, with a preference for cement sales experience
- Preferred completion of Sandler sales training and certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and Qlikview
- Ability to travel locally and nationally as required (10-20%)
