Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or field execution within a CPG and/or DSD environment
• Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and drive in-market execution
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools for decision-making
• Ability to influence stakeholders and hold partners accountable
• Experience in leading and developing teams in a retail environment
