Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Distributor Business Plans to meet revenue and distribution goals
• Manage relationships with distributors and lead Retail Sales Managers to enhance retail execution
• Analyze market performance and create action plans to address gaps and drive growth

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or field execution within a CPG and/or DSD environment
• Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and drive execution
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to influence partners and hold them accountable
• Experience in building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
