Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Distributor Business Plans to align with business objectives
• Manage distributor relationships and drive execution to achieve sales targets
• Conduct business reviews and generate performance reports for local markets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or field execution within a CPG and/or DSD environment
• Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and drive in-market execution
• Comfort with data, scorecards, and reporting tools for decision-making
• Ability to influence partners and hold them accountable
• Experience in coaching and developing team members in a retail environment
