Job Summary

Driving market performance in North Texas and Oklahoma, the remote Market Manager - North Texas will lead distributor partnerships to achieve revenue, distribution, and retail execution goals while reporting to the Director of Sales.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Distributor Business Plans to align on business objectives and drive execution of volume and distribution targets
  • Manage relationships with distributors, providing performance feedback and conducting business reviews to ensure accountability
  • Collaborate with the Market Development team to support retail execution and manage POS needs effectively
Required qualifications
  • Experience in sales or field execution within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment
  • Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and drive in-market execution
  • Comfort with data analysis, scorecards, and reporting tools to inform business decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Demonstrated capability to build relationships and provide hands-on leadership in the field
