• Develop and manage Distributor Business Plans to align on business objectives

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors to enhance market performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or field execution within a CPG and/or DSD environment
• Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and drive in-market execution
• Comfort with data, scorecards, and reporting tools for decision-making
• Ability to influence without authority and hold partners accountable
• Experience in developing strategies that drive volume and retail execution
