Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Distributor Business Plans to meet revenue and distribution goals
• Manage relationships with distributors and lead retail sales teams to enhance performance
• Create action plans and strategies to address performance gaps and drive market execution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or field execution within a CPG and/or DSD environment
• Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and drive in-market execution
• Experience using data and reporting tools for decision-making
• Ability to influence partners and hold them accountable without direct authority
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through capabilities
