Job Summary
As the Market Manager - Ohio, this remote role will focus on achieving revenue, depletion, distribution, and retail execution goals by managing distributor partnerships and driving performance in the Ohio market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement Distributor Business Plans to align on business objectives and drive execution of volume and distribution targets
- Manage relationships with distributors, providing performance feedback and conducting business reviews to ensure accountability and execution
- Lead innovation launches and market blitzes while creating action plans to address performance gaps
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales or field execution within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment
- Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and drive in-market execution
- Strong organizational skills and comfort using data and reporting tools for decision-making
- Ability to influence stakeholders and hold partners accountable without direct authority
- Demonstrated capability to build relationships and provide hands-on leadership in the field
