Job Summary

Driving profitable sales growth, the full-time Market Manager - Texas will provide leadership and management for sales teams in agronomic areas, focusing on recruiting, training, and developing Crop Advisors while achieving financial targets and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve key financial targets and manage overall sales and business development activities in the market
• Lead performance management and development of direct reports, ensuring accountability and progress towards sales goals
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers to strategically position sales team and product resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of agriculture experience, preferably in field sales or area sales management
• Knowledge of the local agriculture industry, including agronomic sales and crop nutrition
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry-related software
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
