• 3+ years of experience in sales or field execution within a CPG and/or DSD environment
• Proven ability to manage distributor relationships effectively
• Comfortable using data and reporting tools for decision-making
• Ability to influence partners and hold them accountable for performance
• Experience in leading and developing teams in a retail environment
